This is the owner's own website. We are the Murfet family - Tim and Margaret - from St Albans UK. We have been coming to Barbados for many years and bought our apartment in Coral Cove in 2013.
Rental Rates
I've quoted prices in US Dollars in order to follow the general convention on Barbados but just convert these to your own currency eg GB Pounds or just contact me.
You will see a "Book Instant" button which works pretty well and allows payment by card. But feel free to call or email me using the enquiries tab to ask any questions.
Our property management is handled by Young Estates approx. 1 mile up the road from Coral Cove. You can book through them (or airbnb or Tripadvisor) if you prefer but you will find the best prices here.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund up to one month before the booking starts; 50% refund within the last month.
Once you arrive on the island, Young Estates (Deborah) will be on hand to meet/greet and fix any issues and I am always contactable to help out. Within the price, they will provide the housekeeper (Cinterina) 3 days per week (9am to 3pm) who will do washing and cleaning; meet and greet at the apartment; a concierge service (Tricia); 24x7 help if anything goes wrong or is not working. As optional extras, they can provide: airport transfers; stocked groceries on arrival; a cook (full or part-time). Following a booking, they will be in email contact with you to organise everything.
Rental rates are for the entire property.

NOTE THAT THE BARBADOS GOVERNMENT HAS INTRODUCED (FROM APRIL 2019) A 10% TAX ON ALL APARTMENT/VILLA BOOKINGS. THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDED TO THE PRICE ABOVE.
CHECK-IN TIME IS 3PM / CHECK-OUT TIME IS 1PM - WE TRY AND BE FLEXIBLE ACCORDING TO FLIGHT TIMES. PLEASE BE UNDERSTANDING IF THE PREVIOUS GUESTS ARE JUST LEAVING AS YOU ARRIVE. DURING COVID EXTREME HYGIENE IS REQUIRED AND CLEANING BETWEEN GUESTS WILL TAKE LONGER. IT MAY BE NECESSARY TO JUST USE ONE BEDROOM TO FRESHEN UP ON CHECKOUT DAY. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP..
