Getting Here
Firstly, fly to Barbados. Typically, from London Heathrow or Gatwick, JFK or Toronto. Young Estates (our property managers) can organise for airport pickups - in which case no problem. Taxis are available at the kiosk outside airport arrivals - reasonable value. If you are hiring a car at the airport, then just follow the ABC Highway all the way to the D'Arcy Scott roundabout where you will turn right onto the Ronald Mapp Highway. After about 2-3 miles or so, on the left will be the Sandy Lane Country club and there is a road off to the left marked to Highway 1. Take this down to the end and you will hit Highway 1. Go left and about half a mile on the right will be Coral Cove - just after the large and very luxurious One Sandy Lane development. If you come to a petrol station you have gone too far.
Note 2: Just after the Garfield Sobers roundabout there is a strange one-way system. The ABC Highway actually heads off right but you need to go left - then get in the right hand lane and go round what is effectively a very large roundabout.
Coral Cove is on the main West coast road Highway 1. Full address: Coral Cove unit 8 (Life's A Beach); Highway 1; Paynes Bay; Near Holetown; St James.
Google Maps works pretty well.
